Your covered field meets every agreed lighting metric for the nominated sport and operating mode under the scheduled test conditions. These usually include maintained average light levels and uniformity. Other criteria apply only when expressly included in your Guarantee Schedule.

Yes. DS Tech schedules an on-site performance audit for each 12-month period after commissioning. Audit labour and the agreed RB Rover and/or manual measurement method are included. Travel, access equipment and extraordinary site costs are included only as specified in your Schedule.

When a compliant audit confirms a covered performance failure, DS Tech corrects the cause, repeats the affected tests and provides a passing report at no charge for covered work. The remedy may include re-aiming, cleaning, repair, replacement or supplementing the covered system.

Yes, where DS Tech assesses and approves them for reuse. Every luminaire serving the covered field must still be upgraded by DS Tech. Reuse does not reduce the game-ready performance promise. An existing asset is itself a covered component only if expressly listed.

The standard term begins at Practical Completion, subject to the dates and any operating-hours limit in your Schedule. Activation requires an eligible completed project, a signed Guarantee Schedule, commissioning or an accepted defects plan, and payment of amounts due.

Coverage follows the agreed site conditions, operating limits and customer responsibilities. Exclusions can include external damage, abnormal electricity supply, unauthorised alterations and changes to the field or surrounding site that cause a shortfall. Uninterrupted operation, electricity bills and compliance with future standards are not guaranteed unless expressly included.
